Captain verification and vehicle approval are expected to follow document review, controlled eligibility rules and ongoing compliance checks.

Support and dispute handling

In-app support and dispute handling are part of the operating model when services are available.

Courier and logistics safeguards

  • No prohibited, illegal, hazardous, suspicious, stolen, restricted or dangerous goods.
  • No drugs, weapons, explosives, flammables or controlled substances.
  • Senders must declare contents accurately and package items securely.
  • Users should not send cash, jewellery, precious metals, high-value electronics or irreplaceable documents through ordinary courier.
  • Captains may refuse parcels that appear unsafe, suspicious, improperly packed or inconsistent with declared contents.
  • Sawwari may cancel, investigate or report safety or legal concerns where appropriate.

These policies do not remove statutory rights or applicable legal duties.
